  1. Add an rework tab so we can track internal reworks

    We need to be albe to enter the orginial work order number and the system adds an R or something behind it so we can track these in DWOS. That way we are able to see where it is at.

  2. Under advanced search add right click capabilites for high lighting copy and print also add a report for models such as f-35, c-130, etc...

    Sometimes we need reports on the amount of parts with do for certain models with the part number included. In advanced search you can get the list but cant copy to paste in a spread sheet or print. Being able to pull just the repot on models would be outstanding.

  3. Import to show some kind of destination that an order is expedited.

    We have several orders that come in as expedite We would like to add priority to the receipt screen so that it will show in imports.

  4. ADD DUE IN THREE DAYS UNDER THE DROP DOWN BOX FOR ESTIMATED SHIP DATE.

    This would be helpful when tracking order by My Customer option. I would be able to see three days in advance if a order was not going to ship on time.

    For an easy workaround, select the file menu from the WIP Screen and select enable animations. This will insert a colored stripe in the Est Ship Date column to indicate due date. Blue=3 days Yellow=Tomorrow, Orange=Today, Red=Late. Please let us know if this doesn’t accomplish what you’re looking for.

  5. Add customers address to closed order reports

    Dynamic Paint solutions uses the closed order report by single customer as a shipping manifest. We need the customers address added to the report to be compliant with DOT regulations.

  6. When orders are placed on hold there is way to view the reason for hold.

    Make it possible to view why orders are put on hold.

  7. Archive Quotes

    Make a tab in the reports section so you can pull your quotes by the month. So if you want to call the people you quoted to check to see how the quotes was you can go to this report.

  8. I would like have the ability to add shipping instructions to a Work Order.

    I would like to add shipping instructions to a Work Order so that when an order reaches shipping they will know to insure shipment.

    This definitely seems like a good idea. We will evaluate the workflow of this request and if it appears to improve the process it will be added into our list of feature improvements for a future release. Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback.
